Sense, frequency and dance(SFD)
Sense, frequency and dance (SFD) is the perception that helps to show the nonverbal communication in a direct manner that breaks up unwanted inner and outer feeling of the body and soul.
The SFD helps us to develop an inner and outer healing. This kind of healing can constantly leave in you for decades if you really believe in yours self that there is possibilities to every problems.
The universe is made of energies, and this energies leave through and around us.
To develop them you need your SENCE which is your perception, FREQUENCY which is that you must be on timing or accuracy and DANCE which is a nonverbal communication movement.
When you put this valuable structures together you build up a concrete foundation of the soul and the body (bathing in shower,yoga,kpatsa dance e.c.t)
SFD feeds the energy to help you solve, develop and build a way of leaving a life. Man must not leave by bread alone but to fix him/herself in the spiritually world of mankind.
If life worth everything then we must find the right things at the right time. There are no possibilities that you can build your life without these three things in you. We all have one or more in our lives but how do we see them.
I develop these structures to build up people life and make them easier on there on. The SFD helps you to do things in your own way. It brings creativity in your life and to cast out problems not forever but develops solution to every problem. Without creativity we are Stacking, Don’t see the right way, Confused, Depressed and ect.
The nature gives each and everyone creativity which helps us everyday decisions making.
In my workshop in teaching how to use a simple movement and instruments based on ancient African knowledge.
in the workshop I combine my experience ,knowledge in a fun way of excise and enjoyment

SFD- it's the simple and easier way to heal, solve problems and bring the promotion and change.
